Dr. Anika Paul founded Mettle and owns the practice. Dr. Paul is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) with advanced training in Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) and Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder MLD), plus multi-layer lymphedema bandaging, garment selection and fitting.
