Do I need a referral to start physical therapy?

No. Under New Jersey Direct Access, you can see a physical therapist without a physician referral. Some insurance plans may still require a referral for coverage — we verify your benefits before treatment, so you will know exactly where you stand before you start.

How soon can I be seen?

Your first visit is typically within 24–48 hours. Call either location or send a request and we will find the earliest time that works for you.

What does the first visit include?

A full one-on-one evaluation with your therapist, and a plan built around your goals. From there, every session is one-on-one treatment with your therapist — never handed off.

How long are sessions?

Sessions typically run 30–60 minutes, one-on-one with your therapist from start to finish.

What insurance do you accept?

We accept Medicare and most commercial insurance, and self-pay options are available. We verify your benefits before treatment begins, so there are no surprises.

Is the free screening really free?

Yes. If you're a first-time patient, the screening costs nothing. You tell us what hurts; we tell you what we'd recommend and what it would involve. There's no obligation to book treatment.
